1. If I am under 18, how do I get my drivers license?
You must be 16 years old to apply for a full license. You
must also:

hold an instruction permit for a minimum of six months

have no at-fault accidents in the six months prior to
applying

have no moving violation convictions in the six months
prior to applying

have no alcohol or drug convictions of any kind in the
six months prior to applying

3. How long will it take me to complete the course?
The time it takes to complete the eDriveStar course varies by student. You get
to take the course at your own pace. This course is designed to be
equivalent to 30 hours of classroom drivers ed.
4. How much does the eDriveStar course cost?
The price of eDriveStar online Drivers Ed, Nevada course
is only $49.95, which includes unlimited online course access, Certificate
of Completion. There is never a mailing fee because your certificate
will be available on-line for you to download as soon as you complete the
course.
5. How do I pay for the course?
You can use your credit card or check card (Visa or Mastercard) to
pay online and start the course immediately!

Once we receive the payment, we will activate your account and then notify
you through your email.
6. Is it safe to disclose my Credit Card
information on the eDriveStar web site?
Yes it is safe! Our secure server encrypts data using the
latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which provides both you
and us a safe "Lock Box" for transferring personal and credit card
information.
7. I have already signed up, what I should
do next?
You should go to "Login" in the left menu bar and enter you
email address and password to access the course. If you have any problem,
please call (866) 801-2082 for assistance.
8. What are validation questions?
Validation questions are questions based on the information
that you provide during the sign up process. They will be used through out
the course to verify you are personally study the course material and take
all quizzes and final test.
9. How can I pass the quizzes or final test?
You must obtain a score of 80% or high for each quiz in order to advance
to next chapter.
10. If I do not get 80% on a quiz, what should I do?
You should spend time to review the course material and
re-take the quiz. There is unlimited access to the course material for 6
months.
11. How much time do I have to complete the course?
Some of our competitors allow you only 30 days to complete the course.
With eDriveStar you have 6 months (from the date you first login the course) to complete
the course.
12. Can I extend the time to complete the course?
Yes. We give you six months to complete your course. After that you
can extend the course for six more months for $30.00.

13. When I complete the eDriveStar Nevad online drivers ed course, when will I receive the
certificate of completion?
Immediately! eDriveStar creates a certificate for you in pdf
format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the
certificate. Adobe Acobat Reader is available free from
here.
eDriveStar allows you to download the certificate from our website for 30
days. Additionally, eDriveStar e-mails the same certificate to you.
14. When I passed the quizzes, can I take them again?
How do you keep track of my quiz scores?
Yes. You have unlimited access to quiz for review or practice. We only
record your first passed result.
 15. Is the eDriverStar Online Drivers Ed course
licensed by the Nevada DMV?
Yes. eDriveStar Drivers Ed course is licensed by the Nevada DMV.

16. What can I do if I lose my certificate?
When you have completed the course we create a certificate for you in pdf
format. We e-mail the certificate to you and you can also download the
certificate from our website for 30 days. If you lose the first
certificate that you print out, just print another certificate.
17. What are the system requirements?
A computer with access to the internet. Cookies and JavaScript must be allowed.
If you can complete our sample quiz then you will have no problems completing our course.
